I always liked that quote. It's just so darn true. It pertains to sports. It pertains to finances. It pertains to human interactions. It pertains to jobs. We're such creatures of habit. Even when we KNOW we are doing something the same, we expect something different!
It's so tough to break cycles. It's take such an intentional effort that it's so easy to fall back to what we know.
