Our summer so far...

I know I haven't been around much, but it's been a busy and FUN summer so far! We've been boating and fishing, to the zoo, to the pool, making crafts and most recently, to the amusement park! We've gone to movies and eaten popcorn and M&M's for supper. We've learned to ride a bike. We've taken road trips. We've jumped on hotel beds, then snuggled up together in the same bed, whispering about all the fun we've had. We've said goodbye to a few friends and met a few new ones!

I've been soaking up the sun and soaking up these amazing moments with my children! They are so sweet and fun and full of life.

We have a lot of plans for the rest of the summer. We're going to take a train ride. We're going to go to parades. I'm going to look at my babies and try to remember every single detail, because they are growing up so fast and I'm going to miss every part of it. I'm going to pray to God to keep them so happy and so healthy.

Lord forgive me.

I just committed the unforgivable sin. I'm, sorry God, please forgive me. I should be sentenced to 8 hours of wearing Uggs while writing "I shall not be a fashion disaster" 1,000 times.

I actually purchased Crocs for my children. The ugly, plastic, toxic-waste smelling shoes that are apparently acceptable in everyday society. The thing is, I'm too lazy to dig out matching socks for the wee ones every morning and thus, we have the biggest fashion sin since tight-rolled jeans. And my kids are sporting them.

I'm so ashamed. Honest I am.

I leave you with a cute picture of my youngest offspring. For the record... they do not wear Crocs with a dress on. See, I am still a little rational... right?
